Shoes.com offers free FedEx economy shipping on all US orders.

Some products have multiple shipping options. These can be selected during checkout.

Allow 3 – 10 business days for receipt within the United States. This time frame includes both processing and shipping time.

Shoes.com does not offer international shipping at this time.

SAME-DAY SHIPPING

Some items on our site can be shipped the same day if the order is placed before the designated cut-off time.

Cut-off times are in Eastern Time and are called out on the product details page underneath the price.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Shoes.com does not currently ship to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines:

  • Shoes.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Shoes.com does not ship internationally.
  • Shoes.com does not allow shipping items to multiple addresses when using PayPal®, PayPal Credit® or Visa Checkout®.

We continue to expand the geographical locations and address types for which we offer shipping service, so please check back often if we are not currently servicing your destination.

DELIVERY TIMES

Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with free FedEx Standard Economy Service.

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the FedEx transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.

ORDER TRACKING

If you provide a valid email address when you place your order, you will receive two kinds of emails:

  1. Immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject line "Shoes.com Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.

  2. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject line "Shoes.com Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment in either of the following ways:

  • If you are a registered Shoes.com member and logged in to make your purchase, then click here to access your account. When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select "View Order History." For any item listed as "Shipped", click the "[Track]" link to view progress of the shipment.

  • Whether or not you are a registered Shoes.com member, if you have your order confirmation number handy you can click here, enter your order confirmation number and check the status of your order.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

  • Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.

  • There are certain holidays that carriers do not pick up or deliver.

  • It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the FedEx website.
