Have a question about the status of your existing Shoe Fan Rewards account?

ShoeFan Rewards has a new name, fresh look and even more perks. If your account was created before 4/6/2021, you will need to reset your password to access your account and previously earned points. All existing points and rewards will be synced with your new account. Points and rewards will not expire during this time.

How do I reset my password to login to my existing account?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password?". Please enter your existing ShoeFan Rewards account email address and check your inbox for a password reset link. If you don't see an email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Click the "Reset Your Password" link in the email and set a new password. You should be able to login to your account using your new password.

Trouble redeeming your rewards? Here are a couple tips:

You must actually type the number of MyShoes Rewards you want to use in the COUPONS/REWARDS section on the checkout screen, then hit ‘APPLY’. Were you an existing ShoeFan Rewards member? If your account was created before 4/6/2021, please reset your password to reactivate your account.

Why can't I use all my MyShoes Rewards on an online order?

MyShoes Rewards can only be applied to the subtotal, not the order total including tax and shipping. For example, if your subtotal is $79.98 and the order total is $91.49 including tax and shipping, you can only apply up to 75 MyShoes Rewards on that order. Rewards can also only be used in increments of $5.

When do my rewards expire?

Rewards expire 6 months after earning them. You will receive email notices 30 days, 7 days, and 24 hours before your rewards expire to remind you to use them. Points do not expire, however they "expire" towards earning a reward after 12 months. For example, if you make a purchase in January and earn 50 points, you have 12 months from the purchase date to earn another 50 points and get a $5 reward, otherwise those original 100 points will no longer count towards the 100 necessary to earn a reward.

Why can't I redeem rewards on my order?

MyShoes Rewards cannot be used on orders including certain products. They also cannot be used to purchase gift cards. To learn more, read our full list of MyShoes Rewards Terms & Conditions.

I just made a purchase. Why can't I see my newly earned points in my account?

Please wait 30 days from the date of purchase for newly earned points to appear in your account and be available for redemption.

Why can't I use my MyShoes Rewards in combination with a coupon code?

MyShoes Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or coupon codes.

Can I redeem MyShoes Rewards on the purchase of gift cards?

MyShoes Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Can I share a MyShoes Rewards account with my friends and/or family?

No, MyShoes Rewards accounts cannot be shared or merged. Only one individual per account is permitted.
