How to Start a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your items

Guest Customer Returns

Need to return an item, but don’t have an account? Follow these steps to process your guest return.

  • After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing your Order Number
  • Navigate to the login screen to begin your return www.shoes.com/login
  • Enter your Order information including your Order Number, Order Email Address that was used to place the order, the Billing Zip Code used to place the order, then click "Check Status"
  • Click “Start Return”
  • Check “Return this Item” for the item(s) you are returning, then Select “Next”
  • Select your reason for returning in the "Reason" drop-down
  • If your order contained multiple items, select the Quantity that will be returned, and then click "Next"
  • Enter your address to find the nearest drop-off location, then click “Download” to download your return label
  • Repackage unworn items exactly how you received them — shoe boxes, bags, tags, and all
  • Place everything in your shipping box and tape your new shipping label over the original one
  • Take your sealed box to any UPS location or drop-off box location. UPS locations can be found here.

  • Click “View” to the right of the order containing the item(s) to be returned
  • Click “Start Return”
  • Check “Return this Item” for the item(s) you are returning, then Select “Next”
  • Select your reason for returning in the Reason drop-down
