We'll give you a prepaid return-shipping label once you select a replacement item - it's easy!

Returns are easy, too. If you choose to return an order for a refund, we'll give you a prepaid return shipping label and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus an $8.50 restocking fee per item. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping fees like expedited shipping added to your original order.

  • The final publically advertised price that would have been paid at the other site, including shipping and tax, less any promotion, will be compared to the final price on your order with Shoes.com and will be included when calculating the difference.
  • The offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase.
  • Offer is valid on orders/items shipped to destinations within the United States.
  • Offer is limited to one refund per month per customer.
