Let me preface everything I'm saying by allowing that I have very difficult feet. They're large, wider in front and I have a bunion and a neuroma on the left one, so there are a lot of criteria a shoe has to meet to work for me. This is a nice-looking, well-made shoe. I need a dense, resilient sole and these are great. The problem for me was that the heel fit perfectly, but the front part of the shoe was a little short and the toe box wasn't wide enough: my toes felt very cramped. With that proviso, I'm going to say I'd recommend these to a friend, though I am returning them.
