I ordered 3 shoes to try for work shoes and these were hands down my favorite. Unfortnately I had to return them because they were too big. I tend to wear a 8.5-9 and I ordered the 9. I had a friend who wears a 10 try them on and they were just a bit short on her, so I should have ordered an 8.5. These shoes were not "huge" looking for composite toe work shoes - they didn't look like clown shoes and they were very comfortable, I wish I would have ordered the right size!

I needed a work shoe that had a wide toe area. This seemed to be the perfect pair; however after going dowm a half size (due to reviews) the shoes were still a size too big. I am very dissappointed with my exchange experience. I received an email stating it was being processed and a week later nothing. I called to see what was taking so long aonly to find out I have to reorder due to ordering through Shop Runner. Will go to a local store to buy a pair today and never order from online shoes again.

I just wanted to add that after six months, they are dirty and broken in a little, but are still in one piece. No holes, no problems. I think one thread came out and the part of the bottom that comes up over toe is coming unglued, but they took a fair beating and are still impressively intact. Thanks for some good shoes! They'll last through another season down there, which couldn't be said of everyone's work shoes down there.

The sizes seem to run a little large, but I've been wearing them for three weeks around town in Antarctica and they're holding up great. I like the traction for ice and rocks, and with the composite toe nothing can hurt my feet, and people have tried (just to test the toes, I promise!) Some of the others down here are jealous of my work shoes' awesomeness and I would gladly buy these exact shoes all over again, just a smidge smaller.
