I bought these Born Larney's in my usual size, 9.5, thinking they might be too big/long. I have some Born booties in size 9 which fit me perfectly, but my usual shoe size is 9.5, or 41 in Naots, for example. These 9.5s are snug, and maybe too short. (Evening try on, on a hot day, so my feet are as large as they ever get.) I'm going to try them on a few more times, and I ordered the size 10M for comparison, I'll decide which pair fits better. On my slightly shorter foot, the 9.5 is perfect. On my longer foot (the usual 9.5 foot) it feels a bit short. Sigh. I love them -- simple but contemporary style, with the white sole adding a little drama. The crossover elastic is also snug, but it always stretches a little bit. I want these shoes for airplanes and moderate walking and these might be them. The insoles are synthetic -- plasticy -- ick! -- which I didn't think Born ever used. A very slight bit of arch support. Oh well. They're a bit narrower than medium, as are my feet, so no gaps on the sides. Final judgment will come later on.
