I walk a lot for my job. These shoes can be worn for any occasion, dressed up or with causal pants. The sizing seems to fit for any of this brand of shoe. I like a rounded toe -box, and roomy width--so do my feet!

I now own for pair of Alegria shoes. I have a foot fracture that is not healing and the doctor told me to wear firm soled shoes. I also have rheumatoid arthritis. These are the most supportive and comfortable of the Alegria shoes I own. I purchased the pewter color based on other reviews, and agree that they go with anything. Now if Alegria would just make a lace up walking shoe with this sole I'd be the first one in line to buy.

These would be okay for someone with more girth in their forefoot. I have a wide foot, but they are too thin/bony/skinny to fill in the front of the shoe area so the sloppiness made them not as comfortable. The adjustable straps are a great concept, however, the adjustability is very limited. The would be okay for just the perfect size foot, in terms of foot-volume and ankle size. They just didn't work for my particular feet.
