Beautiful boot, but not for me
"I LOVE these boots..the leather is buttery, the color is rich, very comfortable, and the quality is excellent. That being said, it kills me to return them.... I had seen other reviewers comment about the cuff being weird/akward in the back, and I agree. When uncuffed they are over the knee and too tall for me (I'm 5'7"), and you need something to hold the cuff together as they are floppy. I think it's a design flaw, but for others they don't seem to mind. You just have to see for yourself..."

These boots are show-stoppers!
"These boots are simply stunning! I refer to them as my "babies" and they get prime time placement in my closet. I loved them from the minute I took them out of the box. Being 5'10", I liked that they were actually over-the-knee boots when worn with the cuff up (which is how I wear them most)! I have cuffed them and worn them with a dress and that completely changed up the look. They did fit true to size-I'm always an 8 and ordered that size and it's a perfect fit. If you're debating b/c of the price - go for it! These boots will last for years as I can tell they are high quality!"

Another winner from Frye
"The most important thing to say about the Jane Cuff is that it does not run big like my other Frye boots. I wear a size 9 1/2 and bought this boot in that size. It fits perfectly. I could have probably even sized up to a 10 without it being too big.
I find that the Jane Cuff looks best when the boot shaft is straight up in an over-the-knee style. When it is cuffed, I prefer it with a slightly shorter cuff than what is shown in the picture. The great thing about it is the versatility...you can cuff it anyway you want to wear it."
