I recently began running half marathons and transitioned into triathlon. I have flat feet, am an overpronator and wear a shoe for increased stability. Even with the right shoe, I developed some IT band issues and knee pain while training for and during my first half marathon. I've completed 3 tris and 2 run races of 10mi+ in the last year. After consulting several running stores, the combinaiton of these orange superfeet with the right stability shoe has vastly decreased joint issues I've expereinced with my hips and knees. On a side note, I had a high ankle spiral fracture and run with 9 screws and a plate down my right fibula. I won't run distance again without these inserts.
