I have primary Lymphedema which causes me to have extremely swollen feet and ankles AND I am very tall, so I started out with large feet (size 13 womens).
I love shoes, but am often driven to tears because nothing will fit my puffy feet without cutting in. I even have to take Berkenstock's to the cobbler to have them modified to work for me.
The stretchy top of these make them one of the rare finds that actually works. I'm not fond of how they look, but when I can find a shoe that actually goes on and doesn't cut into my feet, I rejoice. I'm working on my third pair of these - they hold up pretty nicely - I've seen them last about 18 months - but I wear them probably 300 days or more a year. I wish they would make the shoelaces a little bit longer - since they are round, they come untied and since my feet are so swollen, I don't have enough room left over to double-knot them.
While I wish I could wear "cute" shoes, I'm very thankful for P.W. Minor for having something available that does work for those of us with VERY VERY difficult feet to fit.
