I've been using these insoles for years. Never have problems with them. They need to be purchased with every new shoe purchase. Wish u could get them in a 2 for 1 deal. They are $$$$.

The insoles I ordered were Men's not Women's I don't think there is a difference. I have been looking for a more comfortable insole for a long time and did not know New Balance made these until I noticed them in a New Balance store and asked the sales clerk about them. New Balance sneakers come with very thin insole these insoles are soft and thicker then the originals which brings the comfort to the shoes to another level.

Bottom line:
YES, I would recommend this to a friend

I recently found out that New Balance started out as an insole company, so it makes sense taht these feel great. I envy people who've never had foot problems, but these have made a lot of difference in my casual shoes. Right now I switch them out between a couple of pairs, but I could see getting at least another pair. I havne't bit the bullet yet to get prescription orthotics, because it's not covered by my insurance, so until I do, these will really help.

Bottom line:
YES, I would recommend this to a friend
