Just got these and wore them around for awhile and they seem like a great, comfortable and durable pair of work boots. But I haven't worn them long enough To the shop yet to see how they'll stand up to walking around on metal chips and getting wet or chemicals on them, so my review is a bit premature. They seem to be very sturdy and built to last. These things are tanks but not too heavy and ultra comfortable. I wear a 10 in us size so I ordered these in a 9UK and the fit is perfect, not too snug at all. And I was leary about ordering steel toe boats online without being able to try them on first because sometimes a steel toe is absolute torture to the top of your foot when you squat, but you never even feel this one. And they are not too stylish or flashy, just look like a serious meant-for-punishment boot. One thing is when I was first pulling them on I grabbed the back loop and pulled pretty hard and heard a slight tearing sound. It didn't come off, but I don't think ill be using those. Anyways its only a six inch boot so they slide off and on pretty easy without the help of the loop. Oh and don't expect these to be made in the UK, they are from Cambodia. I thought all Docs were from the UK guess they changed that. Quality doesn't seem to be affected.
