Really nice new sandals from Chaco! I have a couple of other pairs of the original Z/1 Unaweeps and the Z/Volvs are much lighter and not as "chunky" looking or feeling as the Unaweeps. I think Chaco did a great job on the design and comfort on these. I've hiked many miles in the originals, but the Z/Volv my not be suitable for the longer hikes since they're not as rugged in feeling or appearance. They are probably better suited for light hiking or walking. I was a little skeptical since I typically wear the wider width (2E) in the Unaweeps and these only came in the medium width, but these fit perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommended them!
