I'm in the Navy and this is simply the most comfortable uniform shoe I've ever worn. I haven't worn another type since finding these about 10 years ago.

The manufacturing of these shoes is some of the poorest quality I have seen in years. I served in the military for 16 years and my government issued low quarters were of a higher quality than these. The shoes are more comfortable and certainly more light than mine but these are hard to build a shine on and they have irregular sized leather cuts, seams that look weak and loose strings from the stitching. Made in the USA and that is what breaks my heart. The Chinese are making better military shoes than we can in our own country.

Both soles developed a split all the way across the ball of the foot, after less than 3 months wear. Don't buy them!
