I first ordered the 13EE, which turned out to be too large. I tried to accomplish the exchange online however the website was not working. After an hour and six minutes on hold, I was able to explain the problem. The Online Rep. was able to order a different pair of boots, 12EE. They said I would receive an email that would have the return label. I did not receive the return label, only a tracking number for new boots that I had to pay for.
I submitted an email requesting assistance, however I have not received a response.
All experiences (products & service) with Online Shoes have been excellent until now, not happy.
