I have had these boots for a couple of weeks now and am very satisfied. I wear a 4E width, which does not have a great selection of hiking boots, and I wasn't sure how a 2W would fit. They fit pretty good out of the box and after a few hours of wear they fit very well. I have worn them through slush and snow and rain and they have been completely dry. Two things to note - the picture on the web is not exactly what I got as my has one less eyelet and the color is darker. Also they are a little heavy- definitely a boot and not a walking shoe. Neither of these critcism would cause me to give these boots less than 5 stars.

I work in a trucking industry where I have to also work on the dock. In the winter the cement floor does get cold, but these boots keep my feet fully warm without getting wet. Carbon safty toes do not conduct the cold and still keep your feet safe on the job.

I am a real boot fan - Timberland, Blundstone, R.M. Williams, Doc Marten, etc., and this boot ranks with all of them. Comfort is the number one priority and this boot is comfortable. The tongue's stuffed suede takes some getting used to when you are lacing your boots, but once you get the hang of it is a real plus. Style is secondary and the boot has a good look - not too bulky.

I needed a new pair of insulated boots for Winter after my 12 year old pair of Wolverines wore out. The shoes were great for this year's brutal Winter in the Northeast. Good traction, warm, water-resistant -- great for traipsing around the snow.
