Fit is true to size and width which is very rare, I normally wear a 10.5 D in most of my tennis shoes and dress shoes and this shoe in that size was perfect. Very comfortable and stylish, can be worn with confidence on both the trail or for casual dress. I personally dislike wearing boots, just hate having anything go over my ankles, these low rise hikers are perfect, much like an oxford and easy on the feet and ankles. Can be worn with both thin (casual) or thick (hiking) socks depending on what you are doing.

We take the dogs on walks and was looking for a perfect little shoe that would be comfortable, durable, stylish and not open toe. I think these will be great for my 3 year old. She wore them around the house and loved them, and was sad that we still had to wait for the weather to warm up a bit before she got to use them. I have high expectations.
