I love Frye boots, and these don't dissappoint! Love the color, and they are so comfortable. I have become a big fan of the boots with shorter shafts, as they are so comfy to wear under jeans or outside of them! Love these!

I've been eyeing these boots for years and finally broke down and got them. The boot fit perfectly all around and were immediately comfortable. No breaking in necessary. I ordered .5 size bigger and they fit like .5 size bigger. I am taking them to the shoe place to get rubber soles on them because I live in NYC and walk a lot. I dont want the bottoms to get worn down so quickly, which they look like they have a tendency to do. Also, do not try to get these on your feet for the first time without grocery bags as suggested in previous posts. It works like a charm with them, can't get boots on without them.

I ordered both the brown and black in a size 9 (I'm an 8.5-9). I'd say they fit true to size and true to width. I have average/athletic calves and found them snug but comfy around the calf with some room at the very top of the boot shaft. The leather is substantial but soft and broken in. Please note that these boots are distressed and look worn in. If you zoom in on the brown you get the idea but the black stock photos look true black - in reality they are a bit distressed/faded black. I actually liked this but keep in mind when ordering. Please note, the zippers are REALLY STICKY. I read online reviews on another site and many complained about this. It is true. In fact, I didn't think I would be able to fully unzip one of the brown boots. However, once I did I just had to zip it up and down (with effort) about 10 times and it loosened up enough that I can do it (it is still not an easy smooth slide) - I'm sure with time the zippers will ease up as they did even after 10 tries. Super cool/cute boots!!!

My daughter saw these boots in a store and fell in love with them. We found them here on sale so we purchased them(thank you Shoes.com). She said they are a perfect fit, soft and a beautiful color. She can't wait to wear them down the isle! (I am a cowboy boot nut so I may have to purchase this color too!)

These are my favorite boots, and I have a lot of boots. The color is exactly what I wanted, and they are comfortable right out of the box. I wear them all the time. I have them in another color (tan) as well, that's how much I love them.

The leather on these clogs is so soft and comfortable. I love the fact that I have the look of a boot without the weight of a boot. They fit more like a comfy shoe. Great with jeans, but they can go with slacks to the office on a casual day, too. After a day of wearing heels, it's nice to slip these on.

I love these oxfords. I Iooked at quite a few before spending the money on a pair of Fryes but I am very pleased with my purchase. They look slimmer in person than the photo which was a plus for me. The color (cognac) is a nice warm brown. These are now my go to shoe for every day casual wear.
