I love these woven flats, they have a nice padded insole but I wish they had a little more arch support and a little more heel, overall though they are comfortable, did not need any break-in time, and are true to size with quality construction.

They fit perfectly--and totally true to size. The shoes have plenty of toe room, so my toe is not up against the top, and the width is comfortable, like everything about these shoes! They are really a great casual or casual chic look with jeans, skirts, or I even wear them with baggy linen pants--They are super well made with every attention to detail. These are a fantastic value, and worth twice what they cost! After wearing them for a month, they still look brand new, I mean they really show no signs of any wear, except that the leather on top is even prettier than when out of the box! I bought one pair in black, and another in chestnut. Love'em!

I argued with myself over splurging for these shoes but I honestly do think they're worth the price. These are such classic and classy shoes. When I wear them, I keep looking at my shoes and admiring them... sounds crazy but it's true. The color (cognac) is a very nice neutral saddle tan, and they can easily go dressy or casual. Great with jeans, nice with a slacks. I've had variable results with Frye fit, but these are very comfortable. I tried 9 and 9.5, with 9 being my usual size, and the 9 was perfect. It's not like I have easy-to-fit feet either. I have tons of foot problems, have had surgery on both feet, and these shoes don't hurt, even straight out of the box. I do have to wear socks with them but I have very narrow feet. I think they would look fine without socks if you don't need to take up a little room with the socks. As for cushioning, I would call it moderate. It could use a bit more cushion in the sole, but it's not totally without cushioning. Today Frye are on sale, and I was hoping to find them available in black, but no such luck. All in all, I love these shoes and expect to wear them for years and years!

These shoes fit great, true to size. They are wooden and no bend so when I walk it is a little different, my other clogs are soft and have bend. They do have good cushion for standing all day while at work, just not for walking long distances. I love them anyway.
