Super comfortable-need no breaking in. The leather is a high quality, rich, dark brown. Although there's no arch support, the foot bed is slightly padded.

Very soft leather with a great, comfortable design. Well worth the $, especially at the sale price. They are a great "go-with-everything" style and I'll get lots of wear out of them. The size 8 ran a bit big and I ended up with the size 7.
