I'm a fan of privo, and have always found them very comfortable. But, even though there is the velcro tab which would make you think you could tighten or losen the fit, the elastic does not give at all, so it's more for looks. I couldn't get these shoes on without a shoehorn. My foot size is a 6.5, but because I have a slightly wider foot, I usually go with a 7 medium, which normally works perfect. Unfortunately this one is VERY tight. If they weren't so tight, I could see that they'd be very comfortable. If you have narrow feet, I would totally go for it.
