I really liked the style and look of this shoe. I normally wear a size 5 1/2, however I can wear a size 6 in some brands. I ordered a 6 in this shoe and it was slightly too big. I walked around in them just a bit and aside from the size, they seemed to be comfortable, but there was not much arch support and I could hear and feel a whooshing sound as I walked - that was rather annoying. I also tried the Franco Sarto "Cicero" style and ended up buying that shoe in a 5 1/2, and the heel is a little sleeker than the Baroque style, and no sounds from the shoe as I walk.

I normally wear a size 5 1/2 but they only had a 6 available, and since I can wear a 6 in some brands I gave it a try. Sadly, it was a bit too big so I tried walking around in them with a small shoe pad inserted. They seem very comfortable and easy to walk in and I love the look - I ordered them in black. However, I knew the shoe pad would become annoying, so I sent them back and have waited for a 5 1/2 to become available, which it just did, so they are on their way.

comfortable, no rubbing--this is soft leather not stiff. Lightly padded footbed. I have the same sandal in other colors and walk miles at a time without blisters or pain (even from the first wearing). A great, cute, semi-gladiator basic casual summer sandal. (I have it in black, brown and now the nude shade as well)
