Great dress shoe for more casual areas like Arizona (and most of the country). Very comfortable shoe due to the softer leather, cuts in the sole and the gel pad in the heel. The gel pad in my last pair did eventually break and always goo'd up my sockes, but I wore them every day for years and should have replaced them anyway. I will keep an eye on the gel pad - the only reason I downgraded the Quality rating one notch.

Finding dress shoes that are good looking, built to last and comfortable is hard. I've had really good luck with Dockers shoes so far. This is my second pair of Dockers shoes and I have to say I'm impressed once more. They have padding in all the right places. It feels like I'm wearing a pair of sneakers.

What's not to love? These shoes are very comfortable, fit like a glove and look nice with jeans, suits or even Dockers. THis is my second set of Dockers shoes, the other ones are identical except for having laces. So I guess that means there not really identical, more like very similar. But you get the point. If the first ones sucked, I wouldn't have bought a second pair.
