These are great quality, classic, sexy boots. They are leather and fully lined in leather - very nice. The one problem I've had is finding boots that fit my skinny calves. These were about 2 in. too loose on me, but would probably be fine for anyone with average sized calves (about 15" circumference). I took mine to a shoe repair place and had them taken in, now they are perfect. I also had them put a pad with tread on the soles so they wouldn't wear out or be slippery.

Beware. If you order a few pair of boots to try on and want to throw this one into the mix for fun, you will buy it. The quality, style and comfort of this boot puts everything else to shame. It is classic and lovely - I get comments every time I wear them. I can wear them all day. Thank goodness they will last me 20 years....that way I can justify the price.
