These Romika shoes are GREAT. They are so comfortable and look nice too. The velcro straps make it so you can adjust the shoe to fit your foot, which is good for me because I have somewhat of a high instep. My sister, who has a narrow foot, was also able to purchase a pair of these and adjust to her feet. I have two pair in this style and two that don't have the strap around the back of the foot. Both are great.

Having bought dozens of dress shoes in this price range (or higher), these are the most comfortable after a full day's work in the office. Even for someone not of ideal weight, not used to heels, and not athletic! They feel as if they message my feet as I move. I've had them over 2 years and still love them and they look new. Highly recommended.
