These are a good, quality sandal for someone who needs a sturdy arch that doesn't compress over time. I normally wear an orthopedic insert in my shoes, and these are the first flip flops I've found that haven't gotten too flat, too soon. Since I have a very wide foot, I find that the women's run a little narrower than the men's in the complementary size. I have another pair that I have worn on an almost daily basis for the last 2 years, and they're still in great shape! A real value for your money, especially when combined with a sale price!

Olukai Women's Olaila

I bought these boots based on my picky husband RAVING about Olukai comfort (he owns 2 pair of their flip flops) and because I love the simple, vintage look of them. They're cute with rolled up jeans, skirts or dresses with tights. The leather is "raw" meaning it is thin, unlined, very soft, marks easily and there is no shine. But, like a favorite leather chair, with age and wear comes more character. I will say I am just a bit disappointed on the comfort level. I've worn these several times and if I'm on my feet for several hours, I start to develop a slight ache in my feet. It's nothing unbearable, though and it wouldn't deter me from recommending these unique boots. Overall, I would buy them again.

These boots are even better in person! Very well made and exactly what I was looking for in a casual boot. They were a little tight across the top of the foot on the first day but quickly softened up. They will soon become my go to boot for every day.
