I fell in love with this shoe but it runs small. The fabric is a bit stiff and I'm sure there will be some blisters when breaking the shoe in. It gold and cream tapestry really is beautiful but the sizing is off.

Unlisted Women's File System

I have 3 pairs of the File System shoes - the solid black, the snakeskin print, and the grey/black. I love the look and the fit of the shoes, but the last pair I purchased (the grey/black) is horrible. I ordered one pair, and they looked like they had been thrown around and used. They were all scuffed up and looked terrible. I also noticed that the bottom of the shoes was a little scuffed and looked strange. So I exchanged those for another pair. The 2nd pair looked better - at first. After the first day I wore the shoes to work, I kicked them off at home and noticed something strange on the bottom. It was peeling apart. I looked closer and the bottom of the shoe appears to be made out of cheap press board! The only thing that will do justice to my description is a picture. Please check it out. I have had these for a month now, and I still wear them. The top of the shoe is great. It's very cute and I get lots of compliments. I DO have to avoid wearing them if it has been raining or the ground is wet, and I now try to only wear them on carpet. I was wearing sandals into work and changing shoes once I got inside until just recently when it got cold. Imagine putting a cheap piece of furniture on the bottom of your foot and then walking around on concrete sidewalks and blacktop parking lots. That's what the bottom of this shoe looks like. I do have to say that the other 2 pairs that I have in the File System style don't have this problem. I wore both of those for more than 6 months, and the bottom still actually looks like a pair of shoes. The only reason I don't wear those now is that the tips on the heels have worn down and need to be re-tipped. I don't think the grey/black shoes will make it that long.
