My brother only wears Saucony Jazz. So he occasionally buys me a pair so I can stay "fresh." They are so comfy and light.

I purchased these (purple) shoes based on the photos and was expecting them to be true to the color depicted, a beautiful, deep lavender. I was horribly disapointed, though, when I opened up the box to find these sneakers to be a VERY different hue than the one in the picture. They are more of a royal purple (though, not as deep or intense) than lavender, and the blue stripes on the shoes are turquoise instead of the baby blue depicted in the photo. (I found this color discrepancy to also apply to the blue Jazz Originals I ordered, as well. The blue was much darker in the actual shoe than in the photo.)
Despite my original let down regarding the color of these shoes, I decided to keep them once I tried them on. They are pretty comfortable and have a great deal of cushioning so that when I first put them on every day, it feels a little like putting pillows on my feet.
I LOVE exercising in these. I MUCH prefer these over typical workout shoes. Since they have so much cushioning, for me, they're ideal to work out in. It's SO much easier to do lunges in these; those are the move where I notice the biggest difference.
While these aren't SLIPPERY, per se, I find that these have a bit less traction than the sneakers I usually wear. My floors are mostly tile, which tend to be slippery, so I'm more aware of that, and not everyone may have that issue.
These also sit REALLY low, JUST below the ankle bone. (The ankle sock tan I got while wearing my usual shoes is clearly visible when I wear these.) I have to scrunch down my ankle socks into the shoes to hide them, but they eventually manage to inch up past the shoe line. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just something that requires a new sock purchase and some care when I'm exercising. The low cut doesn't offer as much support around the ankle as I feel my standard sneakers provide.
I would give these shoes 3.5 stars, mostly based on the color discrepancy (I wanted lavender shoes!). Though I suppose that's more on Shoes.com than a reflection of the shoe's excellence, the color was my biggest reason for purchasing these. That disappointment ultimately contributed greatly to my overall experience and consequent opinion of my purchase.
