- Asma: "YES it does. You cannot wear it in the rain or snow. But it looks cute as heck!"
- Theresa: "My daughter LOVES her boots but it isn't fall yet so she has not had an opportunity to wear them. I would imagine that if you waterproof them as you would any leather, you should be fine!"
