"Great dress shoe for more casual areas like Arizona (and most of the country). Very comfortable shoe due to the softer leather, cuts in the sole and the gel pad in the heel. The gel pad in my last pair did eventually break and always goo'd up my sockes, but I wore them every day for years and should have replaced them anyway. I will keep an eye on the gel pad - the only reason I downgraded the Quality rating one notch."
