"These are awesome. I am recently back into running after taking a couple years off. I bought these shoes at the suggestion of my husband who also runs and owns these shoes in mens. I completed approximately 40 miles last month on these shoes and have no complaints. Keep in mind they are minimalist shoes designed to simulate barefoot running. They protect your foot from injury from gravel and rough terrain. They do not provide padding and those types of support. These are lightweight and flexible enough to feel like you are barefoot. If you are transitioning to these from traditional running shoes expect pain in your feet and legs until you get used to them."

Pros: Lightweight, Good traction, Durable, Breathable
