"This shoe had everything going - stylish, modest heel height, gorgeous nude patent color, high quality from Vince Camuto....so I wanted to love it. However, I have a medium - wide foot with a high instep, so the toe box was just too narrow for me. (I only wear mediums though to clarify). So sadly, I had to return this shoe. It's perfect for all the slender-footed girls, but try another style if you have a wider foot. So, all things considered - still worth a 5-Star rating from me!!"

Cons: runs narrow

"I just ordered my second pair of the Kira shoe. I first had the nude and now ordered black patent. I do not like to wear a shoe with higher than 3" heals. These fit the bill, they are stylish and a really like the platform. The toe area needs a wear or two in order to stretch slightly but then very comfortable. I wear all day at work."
