"I love the Zig sole and tried this just to see if's performance. I like it as an all around shoe for gym workouts but not as a running shoe"

"These shoes are very light weight and fit right on size. I have been running for 20 years and bought these for walking and shorter runs. I enjoy the cushioning and they hold up well, this is my second pair. I do have a high arcH and wear custom orthodics for foot issues. I bought one half size up and the shoe fits great with the orthodic in it. If you have a normal foot, I recommend these at the regular size. If you an odd foot like me and do NOT wear orthidics, I recommend getting something with better arch support. Ouside that, I do Recommend these."
