"I liked this style of shoe for work. It is very professional looking but comfortable. The last two pairs I had came with a heel gel pad that ended up breaking after about a year of constant wear. At that point the shoes needed to be replaced so it wasn’t a problem. The same shoe that I just ordered and received does not have the gel pad and is still very comfortable. Good design change!
