"I ordered this shoe in my normal size (9.5M) and had to return it to get a half size larger because the front of the shoe was jammed up against my toes. When I received the 10M, the length was good and they felt like they would be comfortable for walking and wearing all day. Then I looked at them in the mirror and that's when I decided they had to be returned. Too bad. But they did make my feet look huge because of the way the sole was designed to angle out at the bottom. I have ordered 10s in other types of shoes and they didn't leave me with the same impression, so I really believe it is this particular design, sorry to say. But if your have smaller feet than I and you're not bothered by things like this, they did seem like they'd be comfortable, breathable and supportive. Just be sure to order a half size up so your toes are not scrunched."

Pros: Cushioning, Breathable

"This shoe fits like my New Balance as to length and width. It is very comfortable and while it does not have much arch support, it has room for orthotics without removing the foot bed. The laces are slightly gripping so they hold well and the tongue has medium padding. The look is good and more exciting than most cross fit shoes. The mesh is a nice touch for keeping feet cooled and keeping them light weight.... Love them!"

Pros: Lightweight, Breathable

Cons: limited arch support

"These are ok, they don't cradle my feet like some other Rykas I've owned. I bought them for step aerobics and interval training but will probably use them for walking. My feet slide in them too much."
