"The overall style is nice but the leather feels a bit stiff. When I got these I had bought other boots (Harley Davidson Cambridge) as well to compare the two and the Harleys were softer and more comfortable but I liked the style of these GBX more so I stuck with the GBX. The sole's aren't very soft, you might want to consider getting insoles if you get these boots. Oh, a plus about these boots are the zippers. They make it a lot easier to put on and take off. If you don't tie the laces tight then you can even take off the boots by just unzipping them. A negative about the zippers is that that they're a bit annoying on your leg if you don't wear long enough socks."

"I ordered one size smaller than i normally do based off of other reviewers comments (9.5 instead of my normal 10.5). When I got the shoes they looked great but when I tried them on they felt snug in the width but perfect in length. I was not sure if this would bug me and wondered if I should send them back. After walking around in them for an hour they loosened up and now they are PERFECT. They look nice and take a great shine so you can dress them up or down. I like zip on shoes to get on and off quickly but with my skinny ankles I normally can't buy them. The zip + laces combo solve this problem for me."
