"First time Shoes.com purchaser. Wanted Bostonian but there are no stores near us. The easy return policy made the decision simple and my order came in quickly. The Tuscana fit was very comfortable right away and the look was just what I wanted and I didn't have to waste time going to a mall. I also ordered a different shoe at the same time but the fit was a little tight so I returned it - no problems and the credit came promptly. Will order again and soon. Company does what it says it will and sends emails confirming every step. Many thanks for a good experience!"
