My husband wore these 3 days straight after getting them from me for Christmas. I sized up to 11--he usually wears a 10.5. I think they run a little small and wanted to be sure they were comfortable for him with boot socks if he wanted. They are both functional and beautiful. He says his feet feel invincible, and the chocolate finish is stylish but not too fancy. He was surprised at first how wide the opening is but is used to it now. So we both are very happy with them, and I know they will last a long time too.

These boots are well made and have an excellent fit. They are cool boots.I bought them at a discount with free shipping. I dont know if I would have paid full price. They are a second pair of boots. They are fairly easy to get on and off with the zipper. I haven't figured out how to treat the leather as the leather is not smooth and cannot be polished or saddle soaped.

The boots were brand new, no blemishes, just as I expected. They arrived within the week after ordering - and I opted for the free UPS ground shipping. I love the look and feel of the boots. However they did run a little larger in the heel area than the toe. My suggestion is to order your actual shoe size, see how they fit, and if too loose, use inserts to help increase comfort around the heel. That's what I did instead of opting to go down a shoe size and it worked for me. My fear for going down a half shoe size was that the boot would then be too snug around the foot and toes, which would mean I'd need to send them back for my original shoe size. All in all, I had a great experience with shoes.com. Got what I ordered, earlier than expected, and in great quality! Good luck!
