I just returned from walking the Overland Track in tasmania (highly recommend) and bought these to replace worn out Vasque boots. I planned to wear these a couple times to break them in before my next hike and they a so comfortable and light, I want to wear them all the time. I use an othopedic in-sole and it is not a problem. I am thinking of buying a pair of the low ankles to knock around in.
