I usually outfit my 4 & 2 year old in the classic white adidas, but was looking for something a little different that was still all white and trendy. The all white is super versatile because it can go with sweats or khakis and still look good. These fit the bill. Also, because of their age, I didn't want ties. The ties on these shoes are elasticized and just for show. The toe cap area is actually plastic, which I wasn't initially thrilled about, but you can't tell by looking and I know it will hold up better.
