I'm very pleased with these boots. I'm an adult female with very small feet and was seeking something neutral looking for hiking. I didn't want anything really girly looking and these boots are great for male and female. I ordered 1/2 size bigger than I really needed after reading reviews that said they ran a bit big. They fit okay but I would have been better off with the "right" size instead of going a 1/2 size bigger. They're a bit stiff around the ankles but that will hopefully soften with wear.
