I think I'm on my 10th pair of these shoes, if not 10, then very close! I wear them to work every day where I'm on my feet for at least 6-7 hours, and they are far and away my favorite shoe. Comfortable right out of the box and they last me about a year of every single day wearing for 8-10 hours a day. Buy them and worry no more!

I've always liked the oxford shoe style, but did not like the way the shoe rubbed on my ankles. The little bit of padding makes these the perfect pair of shoes. They are comfortable, very solidly constructed, and look great. If I have any complaint at all, it would be that the laces could be a tad longer.

The DOC MARTENS I ordered were a little too long for me, but I believe that they were true to size and I can make them fit perfectly by inserting a heel pad in each boot. I had to order a half size too large because this particular style only came in whole sizes. I am very happy with my purchase, and I can see myself coming back for another pair of shorter boots in the Spring. For some reason, I had assumed that they would come pre-laced, but once I finished that ponderous task, I was happy to say the the boots were all that I expected them to be. Thanks very much! When mine arrived I put them on and took the dog for a forty minute walk. The boots are incredibly comfortable and the supple leather makes them easy to walk in.

I just love Dr. Marten's boots. Had my first pair while in high school and swear by them. I needed these in a hurry & got them right on time with next day shipping. These boots last for what seems like forever. They are well worth the money.

Forgot how much I love Doc Martens. Love the look of this shoe. It is fun and sharp. I'm a 9 with high arch so somewhat wide. I'm usually safe with 9's especially if there's lacing at the arch area in case I need to loosen that up. This shoe feels loose in the heel before I lace it up. They may run a half size large. But my foot is also more of an 8 1/2 than a 9 everywhere but the arch. The toe area felt right. I was looking for a white patent leather oxford, and these deliver the look I wanted. The foot bed, or whatever it is called, is COM-FY. I am into super comfortable shoes as I've had 20 years of trouble from cramming my feet into shoes 'that will stretch with wear'.
