Good overall but still a few kinks.
Food Pro Low Review:
I tried these out because they seem like they would get the job done. I like them overall but the thing that really pains me literally, is the fact that after wearing them for a few days I've devoloped a huge blister on my heel. Pretty painfull, not sure if it was due to me wearing low socks or because the materials used aren't heel friendly. Also, my pair have statrted to tear were the crease in the toe is on the right side of my right shoe. Not sure if this is a naturally occuring thing or a defect, either qway I will be exchaning them for the steel toe version because I really want to like these shoes. Sad part is that Ill have to re-break in the shoes again, or find a better way to prodect near my dime sized blister.
Too snug!!
North Hampton Floral Review:
I should have listened to the reviews - the calf is way too tight!!! I sent them back :(
No Nonsense Insulated Rain Boot
Classic High w/Handles Review:
The verdict is still out for me on this boot and I haven't really road tested them yet. For a solid pair of warm all weather rain boots these do fit the bill but they are a bit difficult to get off, I would think especially annoying if you are muddy. The fit is ok, not wonderful and I do need a thick sock around my ankle so they don't rub there. I do feel they are not very breathable and your feet could get too warm, something I haven't really had happen with other boots. But for commuting or times you need a solid warm rain/snow boot these work, just not for extended periods of wear for me.
Cute boots at a good price.
Rainboot Batik Review:
The boots are cute and comfortable.I normally take a 7 or a 7.5 and ordered the 7 in these. They fit fine with regular socks on. Really thick socks might be a tighter fit. I haven't worn them much because we have a lot of snow and they aren't insulated but I bought them for the rainy days in the spring, summer, and fall. I did notice one area near the ankle that digs in a bit but hopefully that will go away once they are broken in a bit. Also, the top of the boot fits snugly (or maybe my calves are too big!) but the handles help get them on and off. I have to tuck my pants cuffs into my socks because there isn't enough room to push the cuffs in. I took one star off because of the tight fit and the stiff ankle area.
Right Shoes for the Job
Food Pro Low Review:
My job involves chemicals and a lot of water. These are the right combinations of slip and chemi-resistent, while also allowing my foot to breathe. The heels will rub if your socks are too low, but that is an easy your heels will get used to it. Overall, great shoes that hopefully lasts longer than my past shoes.
