You definitely need to size one full US size down - I made the mistake of not doing that so I had to exchange for my correct size. The process was smooth and I'm thrilled with the shoes - I needed something stylish, neutral enough to go with an array of outfits, and something with a little more support since I do a lot of walking in my day - this shoe is it! I wore them today while at a festival, then hiking in the park - I'm STILL wearing them now! I just love them!

my shoes came very fast, but the overall shoe wasn't that pleasing for my foot. i was surprised being the shoe birkenstock, but it just didn't work out for my foot.
