How does Returns & Exchanges online work?

You can use our easy online returns process above to print out a pre-paid UPS shipping label for the item(s) you want to return within the United States

You can also exchange items by following the above online process and then shop for your new replacement item(s) online.

Returning gifts, ShopRunner purchases, or items from outside the United States is simple too. Just select the option above that suits you.

How can I return or exchange?

Item(s) must be:

  • UNWORN and in new condition (no visible wear or tear) with original tags
  • In the original packaging with the receipt or packing slip.
  • Within 60 days of the purchase date
  • Regularly priced or sale item(s) (Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange)

To ensure shoes are returned in new condition, we recommend you first try them on in an indoor carpeted area to determine if there are any fit concerns or defects.

Do I have to pay for return shipping within the U.S.?

As part of the online returns process within the U.S., you will have an option to print a pre-paid shipping returns label.

  • For items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item (different from what was ordered), we will provide you with a free pre-paid returns shipping label.
  • If you are exchanging for another item, we will also provide you with a free pre-paid returns shipping label.
  • For all other items, if you use our pre-paid shipping label, you will have $5.95 deducted from your overall refund. You may alternatively use your own shipping options.

When will I get my refund?

Returns take 5-7 days(on average) to ship and process. If you've chosen to have an item refunded, please allow an additional 2-7 days for your credit card company to post your refunded amount (plus any tax paid), to your account.
