We are like those 24-hour news channels: shoes.com likes to keep you informed throughout the order process. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. Once your order begins its road trip from our warehouse to you, we’ll send another email with UPS tracking information. Don’t forget, we ship Monday through Friday only. UPS standard shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days. That gives you just enough time to brag to friends that you are expecting new shoes.

K-Swiss, Royal Elastics and LAMB shoes may take 10 full business days to arrive when ordering by UPS Ground. Trust us, they are worth the wait.

Important U.S. Shipping Notices

Beat the clock! We must accept your order by 11:00 AM Central time Monday through Friday in order for you to receive your order by the 2nd business day or next business day (PM). UPS does not deliver for shoes.com on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays. Hey, everybody needs a day off. shoes.com ships Monday through Friday only, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the U.S. Sorry, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping Notice

shoes.com has adopted FiftyOne to help our customers shop from and ship to all over the world. You can shop shoes.com in the country and currency you select. Your order total with all shipping fees, custom fees, tariffs and taxes will be available during checkout in your chosen country and currency. We are unable to ship most bags and some brands internationally. These brands include Dansko, Merrell and UGG Australia. (Free shipping and returns are not available for internationally shipped orders.)

International Delivery Times: Your shipping carrier will be determined at checkout. Delivery may take up to 18 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy
Life is hard. Shoes should be easy. shoes.com offers one of the easiest return policies on the web. If it doesn’t fit, or if it just isn’t your cup of tea, return your unworn purchase within 60 days for exchange or refund. Visit www.shoes.com/returns and follow the instructions to complete your return.

Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you. All returns are subject to the frequently asked questions on our customer service page entitled "How do I return/exchange my order?"

Return Instructions
Easier than a breadcrumb trail, we’ll lead you through the painless return process. Visit www.shoes.com/returns and follow the simple instructions on your screen. You can print a free return shipping label for UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. Don’t have a printer? You can even ask us to send you a prepaid return shipping label by snail mail. International Return Instructions
International customers have 60 days from their order date to return unworn merchandise. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. The costs for forwarding your order back to our Returns Department from our shipping solution, FiftyOne, will be subtracted from your refund total.

All International returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email our customer service center to receive your RMA number.

Exchanges are not available for international customers. If you would like to exchange a shoe for another size or style, you must return your order and place a new order for the item(s) you desire.

If you received a gift purchased from shoes.com and need to make a return, yep, you guessed it, go to www.shoes.com/returns and follow the simple instructions there. Oh, by the way, Happy _______ (fill in the exciting shoe-gift event).

Exchange Instructions
Exchanges are part of our simple return process: just request a replacement item as you complete the return. If you placed your order through Amazon or used Bill Me Later® or Paypal as your payment method, you’ll need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order—subject to inventory availability.

Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process.

Seeing double… Exchanges always involve the return of your original purchase and the creation of a new order. You will see two transactions on your credit card or debit card statement: a credit for your original purchase and a charge for your exchanged new purchase. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement depending upon your card issuer.
